Any content like logos, graphics, pictures, textual, audio, videos and data made available on the website are properties of Education Career Foundation and have been protected by copyright laws. Education Career Foundation reserves all the rights to adjust the prices of any products/services at any point in time.
For all international users of Education Career Foundation, pricing should be strictly in INR.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, that you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the terms and conditions before buying any course, service or product.
In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Requests for cancellation of course or service must be sent through email at least 1-day prior of the start date of course or service. After verification and confirmation by our executive, the cancellation will be accepted.
Refund Policy
Upon confirmation of cancellation, refund will be initiated to the original payment method at the time of purchase
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
7. Confidentiality Agreement
All users/buyers must always keep the course material, lecture notes etc. confidential and for their personal use only and not share it on any public platform
The users agree not to disclose any confidential information of Education Career Foundation to anyone, unless and until it is required to do so by law.
8. Termination and cancellation of User Rights/Account
Centre for STEM and Space Science reserves all rights to terminate and cancel user rights and accounts of anyone without giving prior notice if a user doesn’t comply with the mentioned terms and conditions.
9. General
These conditions and the documents referred to in them set out the entire agreement between the Parties and supersede any prior written or oral agreement between them relating to the subject matter of the Contract and the buyers acknowledge that in entering into the contract or agreement, it has not relied on any representation, not expressly set out in the contract.
Centre for STEM and Space Science reserves the right to update the terms, conditions and notices of this agreement without notice to you. It is your responsibility to periodically review the most current version of this Agreement.
By accessing or using the Sites, Content, or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
The content on the website is posted by Centre for STEM and Space Science, for visitors and its members. Centre for STEM and Space Science will attempt to ensure the integrity and the accuracy of the Site in the Content and or Services but it does not guarantee that the information is accurate or complete or current. www.ecfcss.com cannot be held liable for inaccuracy of any data listed on the website or any damage caused by the use of inaccurate data. Any course or service is not transferable in any circumstances
If any provision of these conditions is held to be illegal, void or unenforceable, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remainder of the Contract are not to be affected.
Nothing in this contract excludes liability for fraud.
No person (either legal or natural) who is not a party has a right to enforce any term or condition of the Contract.
All suspected fraud causes are to be handed directly to the relevant authorities without exception.
