I reached out to Centre for STEM & Space Science for doubt solving in Astronomy. At a career guidance session I was exposed to different fields of space science. With their help, I chose to pursue Aerospace engineering. Thanks to the teachers and staff.
The sky watch and observations are essential for learning about astronomy. Earlier I used to think that reading books is enough but now I know how to see the stars and planets through the telescope. I wish to have my own telescope now.
After studying the Basic Course, I got to know many new concepts. There is so much more to learn and understand in the field of space science. I feel that after doing the course I can go for further education and want to become a space scientist.
I was fascinated by the stars and planets and always wished to learn more about them. The lectures and practical knowledge that I gained at the Centre helped open my mind to many new ideas and made me aware of the many opportunities in this field.
The lectures are very informative and helpful. Getting to see the Moon, Jupiter and Saturn through the telescope was a nice experience. I look forward to the next course!
